The one address you need

Everything reaches us at [email protected] — account questions, payment problems, bug reports, privacy requests, partnership ideas, and press. One inbox, read by real people on the MeetMe team. You do not need to pick the right department; just write and we will route it.

What to include for a fast answer

If your question is about an account, write from the email address you registered with — that is how we confirm it is you. If you are reporting a problem with a call or another user, include roughly when it happened and what you saw; the more specific you are, the faster moderation can act. Screenshots of error messages help with technical issues.

Reporting another user

The fastest way to report someone is always the report button during or right after the call — it attaches the context moderation needs automatically. Email is the right channel when you need to add detail, when something happened across multiple calls, or when you no longer have the call in front of you.

Privacy and account deletion requests

To ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete a registered account and its data, email [email protected] from your registered address. Deletion requests are handled by a person, not a form letter, and we confirm when it is done. The privacy policy explains what we hold in the first place.

Response times

Most messages get a first reply within one to two business days. Safety reports jump the queue. We do not run a phone line or a chat widget — email keeps a written record on both sides, which protects you as much as it protects us.

Before you write

A lot of common questions already have written answers: the help center covers accounts, coins and camera problems, and the what is MeetMe post explains the matching side. If none of that solves it, we are one email away.
