Nine times out of ten this is a browser permission. Check the lock icon in your address bar and make sure camera and microphone are set to allow for this site, then reload. Your first matches are free and nobody asks for a card up front. If you want longer sessions, they can run on coins — bought one pack at a time, with the price shown before you pay. The matcher pairs you one-on-one with someone online right now. Skip ends a call instantly and moves you to someone new; you never have to justify it. If a great conversation ended too soon, a registered account keeps your history so you can find the person again — guests cannot, which is the best argument for the free account.
End the call first — you owe nobody a goodbye. Then block so they cannot be paired with you again, and report so the moderation team sees it. Reporting is anonymous to the other user and free to you.
