The rules for using MeetMe: what the service is, what we expect from you, what you can expect from us, and how coins and accounts work.

MeetMe is a random video chat service: it pairs you with other people for private 1v1 video calls in your browser. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is always the current one, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
You must be an adult in your country to use MeetMe, and you must use it as yourself. Do not use the service if a court or a previous ban says you may not. One person, one account — accounts created to evade a ban or to impersonate someone else will be closed.
Treat whoever appears on your screen the way you would want a stranger to treat you. Do not harass, threaten, or record other users. Do not show illegal content, do not involve minors in any way, and do not use the service to advertise, spam, or scam. The full list of what is and is not allowed lives in the community guidelines — breaking those rules can get you banned, and serious violations are reported to the authorities.
We run the matching, keep the calls private between the two people on them, and moderate reports. We do not control what other users say or do on camera, and we cannot guarantee you will like every person you meet — that is the nature of random matching. The service is provided as is; we work hard to keep it fast and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted uptime.
MeetMe is free to start: your first matches cost nothing and no card is requested up front. Longer sessions can run on coins, which you buy one pack at a time at the price shown before you pay. Coins are a one-time purchase, not a subscription — nothing renews automatically. Purchases are handled by our payment processor and are generally non-refundable once the coins are spent; if you believe a charge is wrong, write to [email protected] before disputing it with your bank and we will look at it.
You can use MeetMe as a guest, or register to keep your call history, follows and messages between visits. You can stop using the service at any time — close the tab and you are done. To delete a registered account and its data, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
To the extent the law allows, MeetMe is not liable for what happens in a conversation between two users, for indirect damages, or for losses that come from someone misusing the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
